A moist and naturally sweet apple oat bread made with wholesome ingredients — no refined sugar or flour. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free optional)

  • 9 Medjool dates, pitted

  • ½ cup olive oil (or melted butter)

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 2 large apples, peeled and grated

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Add oats, dates, honey, olive oil, grated apples, eggs, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Notes

  • For extra texture, stir in some chopped walnuts or raisins before baking.
