Ingredients
500 g minced chicken
2 tbsp cheese (any melty kind)
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 large egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine minced chicken, cheese, dill, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Step 2
Add the egg and mix well until fully combined.

Step 3
Add breadcrumbs and mix until a firm texture forms.
Step 4
Shape into small, even balls.

Step 5
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
Step 6
Place balls in the basket, leaving space between each one.
Step 7
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

Step 8
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For best results, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
Add a drizzle of olive oil before cooking for extra crispiness.
Works great with turkey or ground beef as well.
